I hate using frames, i dont know why but i have never put a frame in any of my website. Its like a page in a page, eating excessive bandwidth!! What do you think of frames? Do you use them? What for?

frames can be pretty usefull in this way. Suppose i link to a website and an user clicks on it then i can show that page within a frame say iframe in my site so he/she will think it's in my site not the one to which i linked. Also ur ads would be shown there.
