First the title and URL of adsense looks odd. Remove that green color.

Make your blog 3 column if possible and place the same ad on left side bar matched with right side one. remaining two are of our choice.

Please Introduce link bar of 5 column or 4 column, that would work well.

Introduce a link or pack of links in a right column bellow adsense n put featured links there.

Make the adsense blend more. It's looking as if it's an ad so people will ignore n won't click. So make the links n text with in adsense ads white instead of green so that they match with font color of ur site. Also color of the adblock is bit different than the background.
