It should be from few sites or if it is from one site than it should have good amount of traffic.

Just a question on page rank. You state you are working hard to get a high page rank to earn more?

I would much rather have a page rank 0 website on page 1 of google than a page rank 4 website in the #400 position.

The opportunity to earn more money would come from the targeted traffic and not from the page rank.

Don't get me wrong - I like page rank and it does help but don't concentrate so much on page rank as it won't get you paid
